  1. I have just bought a time recording punch clock which a striped down to clean, ref no 9851 on the clock and 740-51 on the case, anyone know anything about these reference numbers

  2. Very nice!. I’m learning about Morbier clocks (and clock mechanisms, in general). I have one with a verge escapement and a large rapousse pendulum. Somewhere, I’ve read that the verge escapement doesn’t produce enough power to swing the larger decorative pendulum. I wondered if these two pieces (clock and pendulum) were properly paired. Any knowledge in this area?
